Dear Friends and Alumni of the OSU Mathematics Department,
The annual recognition for undergraduate and graduate students receiving
scholarships, fellowships and other awards will be Thursday April 28, 2011.
The awards will be presented in room 514 of the Mathematical Sciences building
beginning at 3:30. Following the presentations there will be a reception in room
519. To help us plan please let us know if you plan to attend.

Room 514 has been recently renovated and serves as a regular
or computer classroom. This space was made available after the department of
political science moved to Murray Hall.
More news will be included in our online newsletter. The 2011 edition should be
available in May.
