This is an announcement for the paper “Spline Characterizations of the Radon-Nikodým property” by Markus Passenbrunnerhttps://arxiv.org/search/math?searchtype=author&query=Passenbrunner%2C+M. Abstract: We give necessary and sufficient conditions for a Banach space $X$ having the Radon-Nikod'{y}m property in terms of polynomial spline sequences.
