This is an announcement for the paper "Analytic multiple gaps" by Antonio Aviles and Stevo Todorcevic. Abstract: We prove that there is a finite basis for analytic n-gaps, and we prove a number of results concerning the structure of an analytic n-gap when restricted to an infinite subset.
