Dear all,
This is the final registration call for the “Concentration Week on Ideals and Algebras of Operatorshttps://sites.google.com/view/ideals-algebras-banach/home-registration?authuser=0” between July 24-28 and SUMIRFAShttps://www.math.tamu.edu/conferences/functional_analysis/sumirfas.html between July 28-30. Both events will take place in person in College Station, Texas, and are part of the “Workshop in Analysis and Probabilityhttps://www.math.tamu.edu/conferences/functional_analysis/PANEM.html” of Texas A&M University.
The registration is available at the following link, and the deadline is June 15: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSfH17cKAoMG48PFxT8DcB8I2s7BCLhwyWUW...
If you have been invited as a lecture or mini-course speaker or if you have requested to give a contributed lecture at the "Concentration Week on Ideals and Algebras of Operatorshttps://sites.google.com/view/ideals-algebras-banach/home-registration?authuser=0” please email me the title and abstract by the end of June.
The Concentration Week on Ideals and Algebras of Operators is intended to bring together researchers interested in the various aspects of spaces of operators in Banach spaces. Particular emphasis is given to the rich theory induced by quotients over classical ideals as well as by the plenitude of different ideals. The purpose is to showcase and bring together cutting-edge technologies in constructing and studying ideals in the algebras of bounded linear operators on classical and non-classical spaces, draw parallels to the study of C* and operator algebras, and set the tone for future research directions in the field. We also welcome researchers interested in the interactions between other fields (logic, set theory, homological algebra, topology) and various aspects of algebras of operators.
There is no registration fee and hotel costs will be directly covered by the conference. Your hotel room will be booked for you, and all rooms will be single occupancy. In the registration form, you will be asked for check-in and check-out dates between July 5 and July 31. Graduate students whose institution or advisor cannot support their travel may apply for travel funding. Some restrictions apply.
On behalf of the organizers,
