The IV International Course on Mathematical Analysis in Andalusia will be held in the University of Cadiz, Spain (EU), from the 8th to the 12th of September 2009. This edition will be dedicated to celebrate the life and work of Dr. Antonio Aizpuru Tomas, full professor at the Math Department of the University of Cadiz, who suddenly passed away on May 1st, 2008. He was mainly responsible for the development of the studies of mathematics in Cadiz and for the research activities on functional analysis in this university. He was also a beloved person and appreciated friend.
