This is an announcement for the paper "A note on a Bohnenblust-Hille-Helson type inequality" by Daniel Carando, Andreas Defant, and Pablo Sevilla-Peris. Abstract: We give a variant of the Bohenblust-Hille inequality which, for certain families of polynomials, leads to constants with polynomial growth in the degree.
