Dear Department Heads:

We are happy to announce the FY2017 Fall Travel award program.

The A&S Fall Travel Program supports research and research-related travel by providing grants up to $500 for travel in Oklahoma and contiguous states and up to $1,000 for travel outside the Oklahoma region.

I have attached the following related documents:


  *   Program Guidelines
  *   Department Head Memo from Dr. Mullins
  *   Faculty Memo from Dr. Mullins

Please forward this information along to your faculty.  The deadline for proposals is noon on Friday, March 4, 2016.  You will need to set an internal deadline, so you have time to rank your department's proposals and draft a memo to Dr. Mullins to assist in the review process.
