Dear colleagues,

Our candidates have made travel plans for their campus interviews this spring, and I wanted to share the dates of the interviews. We are interviewing to fill the lines vacated by Wang and Gallagher. The departmental feedback was overwhelmingly in favor of also pursuing a loaned line; we have received approval from the Dean's office's to interview the two additional candidates I mentioned in my e-mail seeking feedback on the idea in December.

Here is the tentative schedule so that you may get the talks on your calendar. The first and last days are travel days, and the job talk will be on the middle day, so Monday or Friday of each visit, at 3:30 p.m. I will send more details about the talks later, including titles, abstracts, and the instructions I have given the candidates for their talks.

Feb. 10-12 (Sun-Tue.): Luke Edholm (Gallagher line)

Feb. 14-16 (Thu.-Sat.): Deniz Bilman (Wang line)

Feb. 17-19 (Sun.-Tue.): Carmen Rovi (loaned line)
