Hi Matt and Henry,

We have passed our registration deadline for people requesting funding,
but we can still handle a few more if they are quick. Could you let people
in your departments know one more time that they should register if they
plan to come? We need registrations by this Friday at the latest.

We have had a large number of graduate students from all over registering,
and we are having to make decisions about who gets funding and how much we
can give them. This is the reason for the urgency. We need to tell people
what they can expect so they can plan accordingly.
