As I mentioned at the seminar this afternoon, the folks at OU and UArk are staring to think about dates for the Fall and Spring Redbud conferences. The dates suggested for the Fall conference at OU are 10/6, 10/13 or 11/3. The last date is the Saturday after Dale Rolfsen's visit, so we'll probably have to veto that one. The proposed date for the Spring conference at UArk is March 9-10. If you would like to attend one or both conferences and have a conflict with one of these dates, please let me know by Monday, so I can let the organizers know.

I was thinking after seminar last evening that it might be nice to try to do Redbud while Dale is here. Have him stay over Saturday and go to Norman with us, then he could leave on Sunday. I think he would like that and it would be nice to have him at the Redbud conference. Shall I contact him about this?

Forgot to mention. I am suppose to be in Chicago on 10/13 so that one is not good for me; however, the Arkansas Redbud last fall was held on the only date that I could not attend. So, there is a precedence for holding these when I can not attend.
