Conference Accommodation

| Main |
| The main accommodation for conference participants is at the Atherton Hotel, which is located in the OSU Student Union on campus, close to the conference venue. A block of rooms has been put aside and the rate for participants is $93 per night (plus tax), which includes a full breakfast. Those wishing to stay here are asked to reserve their rooms directly, either online or by calling (405) 744-6835. The Group Code for the conference is "JacoFest". (Please be aware that the hotel is otherwise booked out - you will only be able to access the conference block through the Group Reservation page.) |
| The block of rooms at the Atherton is only guaranteed in full until Monday May 17. A limited number will remain available until May 20, after which, all will be released. Please book early to avoid availability issues due to the high demand from multiple events! |
| Budget |
| Suites in the on-campus dormitories will be available to participants at the rate of $40 per person per night (all inclusive). Each suite consists of one bedroom, with a private bathroom. This accommodation has a communal kitchen, lounge area and laundry facilities. Breakfast at the Atherton is included in the price. The suites must be reserved through the Math Department and are particularly suited to students and postdocs applying for support (there will only be a very limited capacity for individual payments.) |
