Robert Myers is Professor of Mathematics and began serving as Director of Graduate Studies in Mathematics July 1, 2004. He received his Ph.D. in 1977 from Rice University in Houston, TX. He held a postdoctoral position at University of Texas-Austin before joining the faculty at Oklahoma State. He has held visiting research appointments at University of Texas-Austin and The Mathematical Sciences Research Institute in Berkeley, CA. His research is in Geometric Topology. |

Claudio Smith Montero serves as the Administrator of the Graduate Program in the
Department of Mathematics. Claudio is also the Unit Assistant for the Department of Mathematics and has served in this
role since August, 2005. Claudio received his Bachlor Degree from Oklahoma State University in June 2005 . |
